rationale:
Namespace: briefly discussed on IRC, seems appropriate for a
collection of text based learning/classification algorithms. (I am
open to better suggestions.)
Relation to similar module: the AI::CRM114 module uses system() to
call the crm interpreter. At first I tried to implement a
"AI::CRM114::XS", but both the underlying crm interpreter and the
AI::CRM114-API are incompatible with the newer C library libcrm114.
Rationale for module: I want to use this libcrm114-based module
primarily for my own spam filter; I assume others might find it
useful, so I want to share it CPAN.
