As of 1 August 2012 the Bing Search API 2.0 will be decomissioned
making existing Perl modules (such as Bing::Search) become unusable.
This API works with the new Microsoft Azure marketplace API which is
quite different from the old API 2.0 (in the way it functions and
uses authentication).
