I chose this particular name space so that it would get grouped
with the other Bio modules in the most general case. Then I wanted
for people who queried PDB (protein data base) in CPAN to easily
find the module. Finally I wanted to stress the term Structure since
almost all Bio modules available in CPAN are geared toward sequence
analysis.
