rationale:
HTML::CruftText accurately describes the functionality of this
module removing junk from HTML pages.
I am not aware of other CPAN modules that attempt to remove
non-substantive text from HTML pages. There are a few tools in other
languages that try to do this but they use a DOM based approach.
This module uses a regular expression based approach and produces
output that is specifically designed to be easily parsable using
only regular expressions.
