rationale:
Parse::Highlife is a module that parses strings based on grammars
(given in a simple BNF-like syntax (which is also parsed using
Parse::Highlife)). Furthermore AST transformers can be created. It
has a much smaller feature set than Parse::RecDescent but is still a
general parser.
