tests. Furthermore, ::Collectd::Plugins has been chosen as the tests
concern the Collectd::Plugins namespace, which is currently internal
to collectd (Collectd, Collectd::Unixsock, Collectd::Plugins)
(http://collectd.org/). Collectd::Plugins is collectd's standard
namespace for collectd perl plugins (see collectd-perl manpage)
