rationale:
This module implements an interface for getting, setting and
manipulating Linux ext2/3/4 attributes (including
internal/experimental ones) on files/directories using bitwise flags
or chattr-like strings.
It has a more flexible interface than Linux::Ext2::FileAttributes
and access to the underlying filesystem is provided by through ioctl
calls rather than wrapping the lsattr/chattr programs as per
Filesys::Ext2.
