Similar to the other wrapper I wrote, RobotC::Wrapper, NXC::Wrapper
provides a number of perlish functions that ultimately translate
into NXC (Not eXactly C). This wrapper was written for the Lego NXT
Mindstorm robot. I work with the robot a lot in my high school's
robotics class, and Perl allows me to expand my enjoyment.
