Digest::SHA3 will implement the Keccak algorithm, awarded by NIST
as the recent winner of its SHA-3 Cryptographic Hash Algorithm
Competition (October 2, 2012). This new module will adopt the same
interface style as the existing Digest::SHA module, however using
the entirely redesigned hashing algorithm in place of the older one.
Therefore Digest::SHA3 belongs in its own name space alongside of,
rather than subordinate to, Digest::SHA.
