rationale:
The module is a special type of language identification focused on
the discrimination between closely related languages. It outperforms
other standard general-purpose modules like Lingua::Identify for
this specific task. It implements a new approach based on
blacklisted words that can be trained with the module as well. It
comes with models for distinguishing Bosnian, Croatian and Serbian.
More confusable language pairs will be added later.
