why:
I've been using a 'user contributed' perl module for Confluence and
the last XML-RPC update broke the module. No one is updating it, and
it's not really well written. I'm going to update it for my use,
document it, add some tests and create a Confluence namespace in
CPAN where this can live. Maybe today.
