rationale:
This module is a class. This class inherites from LWP module, so
the first part of the name space is justified by this reason. The
second part (RandomProxyConnect) try to explain the extended
functionality: Connect throw a random different proxy in each
connection. The main target is be able to handle multiple
connections from multiple proxies. Not malicious eh!
