Net::SIGTRAN::SCTP
rationale:
Since SCTP is a network protocol I believe it should be added to
the root Net namespace. In addition, since my perl module provides
functionality for SCTP it makes sense for the module name to be
SCTP. A similar perl module already on CPAN is Net::SIGTRAN::SCTP. I
believe the most significant difference between my perl module and
Net::SIGTRAN::SCTP is that mine provides many of the SCTP functions
(some still in development) provided by lksctp-tools while
Net::SIGTRAN::SCTP appears to only provide basic and limited
functionality specifically tailored to SCTP and SIGTRAN.
