This package can be used for recognition of target clinical
conditions in a sentence. It uses regular expressions to find
phrases from an existing list that helps identify negated
statements, the temporality of the target condition, and who
experienced the condition.
This package is related to an two other packages in the Lingua
namespace: Lingua::NegEx and Lingua::DxExtractor.
