IPC::Open3 IPC::Run
rationale:
The namespace was chosen as it is a wrapper around IPC::Open3 that
provides the IO::Select functionality and uses callbacks to process
output and error. IPC::Run has similar functionality but is MUCH
more heavyweight, difficult to understand, and just decided not to
implement for Windows. This solutions provides an easy to use
approach that supports windows automation.
