rationale:
This module provides more limited functionality than the existing
AFS module but is more portable. It provides the functions that must
be run in the same process context for AFS PAG manipulation to work
properly. The rest of the functionality of the AFS module (which
doesn't work on recent Debian systems or on 64-bit systems) can be
duplicated by parsing the output of the AFS binaries, but these PAG
manipulation functions cannot.
