why:
I am applying for pause account to submit a module to CPAN. I am
planning to contribute a package that is useful. Particularly, I am
planning to contribute a module that uses GD to create image on the
fly. I wrote a perl survey script that generates image when user
submit their vote and I want to contribute a module enables data
manipulation to create a graph.
