Instead of putting this under XML, I'd create a top-level namespace for
GoogleSearchAppliance (or Google::SearchAppliance). The most important
part of the name is the Google service.

The user doesn't have to necessarily know the data format‹just that
they create the right sort of message that GSA expects.
