rationale:
Discussed merging with the developer of Net::LDNS who was not
particulary interested. Net::LDNS currently implements a smaller
part of ldns and has a higher level interface than DNS::LDNS. My
module is currently being included in the next release of ldns, so I
think it would be ok to have it on CPAN too.
