why:
I'm planning on submitting a couple of modules in the next few
weeks or perhaps months, and wanted to get this out of the way. The
modules are one, for easier interaction with SGE clusters, and two,
a pipeline tool that substitutes in different possible stages along
the way. They are nearing completion, so I thought it wise to
