why:
I am doing a demonstration on how to contribute to CPAN for a perl
mongers meetup. My first contribution will be some sort of ACME
module to show everybody how to contribute. The module will probably
just consist of some basic helper functions to help our group with
random drawings or other meeting related tasks.
