rationale:
I-first of all i have to say sorry for my bad english. II-i
uploaded the module before registration of its namespace.
The main purpose of the IPGen::V4 module is providing fun and easy
way to generate random v4 ip addresses by three ways 1-ip from - ip
to 2-CIDR ->uniq 3-sub range ip addresses ->uniq --- im going to
write a module for generating random ipv6 addresses so i named my
module IPGen::V6 ...
