rationale:
it is a standalone app so i chose the App:: namespace, this modules
aims to be a simple tool to check and autoinstall via cpanm when
some coworker adds a lot of new perl code, you type "dependencio" on
the root of your project and checks all the modules installed, with
param -c autoinstalls via cpanm the modules not found. Aloso could
be added as a post commit hook , to be sure the project will never
broke.
