This module for DSP(Digital Signal Processing) can predict the
future value of inputs by using LMS Algorithm.
Similar Module "PDL::Filter::LinPred" has already existed, but
"DSP::LinPred" I want to provide can calculate future values of
input easily and optimizing filter specifications automatically.
Also, It can be configure many optimization options as below.
