rationale:
Module named as JSON::RPC2::AnyEvent::Client, because there is a
JSON::RPC2::AnyEvent module on cpan that have server implementation
of RPC2 named as JSON::RPC2::AnyEvent::Server and have no
JSON::RPC2::AnyEvent::Client implementation. It is possible to use
JSON::RPC2::AnyEvent::Client separate from JSON::RPC2::AnyEvent and
it is not need for work JSON::RPC2::AnyEvent::Client. But need to
say that currently JSON::RPC2::AnyEvent::Server is used by
JSON::RPC2::AnyEvent::Client when testing in number of test cases.
