Failed: PAUSE indexer report EREZ/Net-BitTorrentSync-0.2.1.tar.gz

Hey,

Attempting to upload a fix of v 0.2 versioned 0.2.1 I've received an error
claiming
status : Not indexed because
             Net-BitTorrentSync-0.2/lib/Net/BitTorrentSync.pm in
             E/ER/EREZ/Net-BitTorrentSync-0.2.tar.gz has a higher
             version number (0.2)

I'm not versed in this numbering scheme, and assumed 0.2.1 is higher than
0.2, but this looks to not be the case
Help is appreciated.
