I am working on Perl language bindings to MorphoDiTa
(ufal.mff.cuni.cz/morphodita; a Morphological Dictionary and Tagger)
and NameTag (ufal.mff.cuni.cz/nametag; a Name Entity Recognizer). We
want to use both these packages separately and also as part of
Treex-Core.
