The following module was proposed for inclusion in the Module List:
modid: DateTimeX::Format::Excel
DSLIP: bdpOp
description: Microsofty conversion of Excel epochs
userid: JANDREW (Jed Lund)
chapterid: 6 (Data_Type_Utilities)
communities:
https://github.com/jandrew/DateTimeX-Format-Excel/issues
similar:
DateTime::Format::Excel
rationale:
This module is an alternative to the DateTime::Format::Excel module
where that module follows the convention of the Psion Abacus / Sheet
program. This follows the Microsoft Windows Excel implementation
more closely for the range of 0 to 60. The namespace choice is based
on providing alternatives to the original DateTime::Format::Excel
sheet. The object oriented interface was more closely modeled after
DateTime::Format::Epoch rather than the mixed functional and object
oriented interface of DateTime::Format::Excel.
