Hello,
This module preserves the original Ini file format, comments, empty
lines, and sort order for sections and parameter.
This module also allows getting and setting parameters as object
methods using OVERLOAD method.
The idea behind this module is using Tie::IxHash module to keep
hashes sorted in memory.
