rationale:
Text::Generate is planned to be a collection of modules for
generating formatted text/code for different languages/systems like
TeX, Pod, HTML. The base class for this collection will be called
Text::Generate::Base, from which other classes like
Text::Generate::Pod or Text::Generate::TeX are derived. The goal
behind these modules is to simplify the task of automatic generation
of Pod/TeX/HTML files or pieces of text.
Regarding the originality of this approach and my intentions for
using this namespace, I could not find anything similar to my goals,
for Pod or LaTeX.
