The implementation bases on the Crypt::PBC(::Element) module, which
itself is a wrapper for the (C) PBC library.
To my knowledge, no other pairing scheme implementations exist on
CPAN so far. Thus, my rationale is that Crypt::PBC should be the
root for pairing-based crypto implementations relying on that
particular module.
