why:
I would like to upload Yet Another templating system for Perl.
Differences with traditional systems include: templates are
xmllint-ian clean ( I think only PeTAL did that), using the XML Spec
as specified (specifically <?processing instructions?>), using
perl'ish behavior for handling loops, and, doing what I mean when it
comes to setting template variables.
