Choice of Tk::Menu::Builder puts Menu Builder in close proximity of
the widget to which it is associated.
I have contacted the maintainer of Tk, offering to contribute
directly to him. He said he thought it would be better for me to
publish my own distribution on CPAN.
So far, there has been 1 response on the ptk list (positive), no
response on prePAN and some positive response on PerlMonks.
Although Tk::Menu::Item provides a -menuitems option, construction
of cascading menus is still somewhat complicated. Menu Builder
provides an alternative way of describing a hierarchy of menus, for
example an application's main window menu bar.
