why:
I have created a module (PSGRAPH) which creates data charts
(currently pies, column and bar charts) from database files. The
charts are suitable for high resolution printing for large sets a
data. I have been using this system in an earlier form since 1996
for periodic benefit and retirement statements for state government
and business entities including Fortune 500 companies.
