I would like to contribute some work I did:
1. csv2xls.pl - utility script that uses Spreadsheet::WriteExcel
package to convert multiples CSV files into tabs in one XLS file.
2. xml2csv.pl - utility script that uses XML::Simple package to
convert XML file into CSV file.
Or I could convert theses utilities into packages (pm) if required.
