I would like a PAUSE ID to be able to upload modules to CPAN. The
first module I will upload is for a VPS service that there is not
already a module on CPAN for.
Later I wish to take a more active part in the Perl community by
uploading modules when I can, for instance by extracting useful
parts of what I am using at work and package it as a module if
nothing similar already exist.
