I choose to name it Image::Hash because there is also a Python
module named ImageHash (
https://github.com/JohannesBuchner/imagehash ) and a public PHP
class named ImageHash (

) that dos the same thing.
It can use GD, Image::Magick or Imager (depending on what is
available on the system), but since it is not tied to one of them
(GD, Image::Magick or Imager) and don't uses any special
functionality it did not felt natural to call it GD::Hash,
Image::Magick::Hash or Imager::Hash.
GD, Image::Magick and Imager may also make their own implementation
of image hashing functions in the future, and thus make a name
conflict.
