why:
I have few Perl modules and scripts, which may be useful to others,
e. g.: Systemd::Daemon — interface to sd_notify function,
freedns-afraid — a script to update DNS record at free dynamec DNS
freedns.afraid.org. I would like to publisg them on CPAN.
