We have social project GPLVote - http://gplvote.org. This project
create open voting system with cryptographic protection over crypto
sign. SignDoc - it is realisation for create crypto sign over mobile
application on chain "mobile application" - "proxy servers" -
"clients servers". That module required for simple create last part
- "clients servers" sofware. And this is reason for choise module
name - GPLVote::SignDoc::Client.
