why:
I would like to contribute two modules to the CPAN that have
approximatively the same purpose: Documenting SQL statements in pod.
The modules would be a Dist::Zilla plugin and a Pod::Weaver plugin
to ease maintenance and release of such pod documentation.
In my search I didn't find out any way of doing that.
