I have sent emails to 4 addresses for the author (DYACOB) of the String::LCSS
module, but I have not received a reply. One of the addresses bounced. My
CPAN ID is GSULLIVAN, and I am requesting to become a co-maintainer of the
module. I posted on a public forum:

I believe I have taken all the steps required to become the co-maintatiner. If
there is something else I can do, please let me know.

I uploaded a patch to fix some of the reported bugs:

In the interests of full disclosure, the patch is a complete re-coding of
the "lcss" sub, and it was created by someone else.
I am a CPAN author for a few of my own modules (GSULLIVAN), and I am also
a co-maintainer of a couple others. If you don't have time to address
the bugs, I can help.
