I am involved in LibreCat (librecat.org) that is behind the
Catmandu toolkit. In the near future I am planning to contibute some
modules for use in the Catmandu context for importing, exporting and
validating data from different systems. For example
Catmandu::Importer::Pure for importing data from Elsevier's Pure
system. The modules are currently under development.
