Hmm.. A cgi-app plugin I wrote had some example code that referenced the WebApp
namespace, solely for example purposes.
Now how that led me to be the owner of it, I have no idea.
I hold no claims to that namespace, so I can simply be removed.

Subject: CPAN: The WebApp and webapp package names [JAYWHY: WebApp, SUKRIA:
webapp]

Hi Alexis & Jason,
I’m emailing you wearing my PAUSE admin hat: I’m working on resolving conflicts
caused by PAUSE now considering package names case insensitively. This has left
us with some situations where people are owners of namespaces previously
considered distinct, and now considered the same.
JAYWHY has ownership of WebApp (and WebApp::Cart)
SUKRIA has ownership of webapp
Neither of these modules are on CPAN — I haven’t checked whether they have
previously been on CPAN.
This conflict means that no-one could release a module matching /^webapp$/i and
have it indexed.
To resolve this conflict I’d like to drop one or both of these permissions,
depending on whether one of you has plans for the namespace?
Are you happy for me to drop permissions on these namespaces?
Cheers,
Neil
