Hi Domizio and Sebastian, I’m emailing you wearing my PAUSE admin hat: I’m working on resolving conflicts caused by PAUSE now considering package names case insensitively. This has left us with some situations where two or more people are owners of namespaces previously considered distinct, and now considered the same.
Domizio has ownership of the Object::new namespace, and Sebastian has co-maint. There isn’t an Object::new module on CPAN, but your permissions conflict with Object::New, which is owned by AJKALD, and on CPAN as part of the A/AJ/AJKALD/Object-New-0.03.tar.gz release. To resolve this conflict I propose dropping both of your permissions on Object::new. I don’t think this will cause any problems, but wanted to check — are you happy for me to do this? PAUSE doesn’t allow these sort of situations to occur any more, so I’m resolving the existing cases. Cheers, Neil
