When I said "the latter did index a module", I meant that I'd checked both the email and the peek_perms to be sure of it. I stated it as a fact because it was a fact and known to me as a fact :P
Anyway, all seems caught up now, just 02packages on www.cpan.org took a bit longer than I'd expected and I was getting twitchy.
