I’ve added the permissions back as they were:

    % perms Hash::Merge
    Hash::Merge,DMUEY,c
    Hash::Merge,HERMES,c
    Hash::Merge,MNEYLON,c
    Hash::Merge,REHSACK,f

I added a comment about this on the ticket for #348 as well.
