why:
I have a short perl procedure to contribute to the Business::AU
namespace. The namespace already includes procedures to validate
various numbers, ACN, ABN and TFN (Tax File Number). My new
procedure will validate the new DIN numbers that all directors in AU
are now required to have. TIA's
