why:
Looking to contribute several Perl modules which deal with the UK
Statutory Off Road Notification (SORN) process. One module will
allow you to validate V11 reminder reference numbers, another will
validate V5C document reference numbers. I hope to also make a third
module to let folks validate V5C/2 new keeper supplement document
reference numbers, but this module is pending research. These Perl
modules will likely be Moose or Moo based. Thank you!
