why:
I would like to add language processing tools to CPAN, including a
tool kit for managing personal or work-based notes. Currently, I am
developing a tool that will add features to the custom DSLs in
Marpa. (I will see if I can add the module directly into Marpa,
though the author, Jeffery Kegler, has stated new features will
probably not be added into the project).
