why:
After around 20 years away from Perl (I used to be known as
"beebware/"Richard Chiswell" on PerlMonks and the like), I'm now
doing some more Perl development and am looking at releasing a few
cpan modules in the near future (one is nearly ready to go - just
need to finish the POD and another one is just restarting:
ironically, the first one was spun off from the second and then once
it neared completion, I rethought the second project and now
rewriting it so it won't need the first!). I'd also like a bit of
advice on naming modules (now there seems to be a recommended way)
and just double checking with how things have changed with Perl
development over the two decades.
